Terms, conditions & cancellation Cancellation of booked sessions: If you cancel your booking with less than 24 hours notice a full cancellation fee applies. There is no cancellation fee if you give more than 24 hours notice. If you cannot complete your block of sessions for whatever reason any refunds will be calculated on the basis of the single session price (see above) X number of sessions + a £10 administration fee deducted from price of block.
